Videoconference Solutions Inc. traces its roots back to the creation of multiple
companies founded or initiated by its owner, Mr. Sean Lynch. These companies
included such organizations as QRX Technology Group, CVC Computer
Videoconferencing Inc., and Videoconference Equipment International Inc.
Installation, Integration & Consultation Services
With the acquisition of Videoconference Equipment International
Inc., Mr. Lynch opted to form a separate company that would specialize in
services relating to installation, integration, consultation and overall
configuration to audio, video and data networks, and hence, Videoconference
Solutions Inc. was created in January 2000. New organizations started in the
fall of 2000 include VSI.tv and Canadian Conference.tv whose business efforts
will be solely concentrated on high quality video, audio and data streaming.
Global Offices
Videoconference Solutions Inc. is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario Canada, and
has affiliated offices throughout United States, Mexico, South America, Europe
and Australia. Plans are in place to create alliances with partners through out
Asia.
